Happy (early) Valentine's Day! In case you're needing some outfit inspiration for tonight or tomorrow, here's something I'd wear. The browns, and the leather jacket, make it a little less formal than it could be with blacks or a nice coat.

What are you going to wear for Valentine's Day?
- Have a girls' night in. Have some fun food and drinks. Watch a movie.
- Go out to dinner, just you girls.
- Go laser-tagging.
- See a movie at the theater.
- Eat waffles.
- Take a cooking class.
- Go for a hike.
And if you have Valentine's Day plans instead of Galentine's Day plans, then these would work for you too!
What are your plans?

What's something you'll be wearing for the holidays?
We bought three sets of silver and gold large ornaments that look like mercury glass, and one set each of silver and gold smaller ornaments that also look like mercury glass. They're all currently sold out at Pottery Barn.
I love the look of the new ornaments. We also have some vintage mercury glass ornaments that we use but we don't have enough to fill up the tree so it's great to supplement them with the new ones.
How do you like to decorate your tree?
Here's one of my favorite dresses re-styled for a holiday party. I love wearing this dress. It's pretty versatile. You can dress it up like this, or for work with a blazer and lower heels, or down with a sweater and flats.
Do you prefer to wear neutrals or colors for the holidays?
Here's another outfit for the holidays. I am loving this skirt and sweater. I probably should have restrained myself from buying them, but they're so pretty! It's perfect for some of the Christmas parties this season! There are a few rows of beading along the neckline, which pair well with pearls. I wore my favorite pearl earrings from National Geographic. Next time I think I'll add a pearl bracelet to the outfit.
- Sweater: Talbots, sold out; Similar Lauren Ralph Lauren Petite and Regular
- Skirt: Talbots
- Heels: Rockport
- Earrings: National Geographic
- Watch: Anne Klein (old); Similar Fossil, Fossil, and Fossil watches
Are you excited to dress up for the holidays?
For Thanksgiving dessert, our friend bought Chocolate Pecan Tarts and cookies from Phoebe's Pastry Cafe. Our friend brought about eight of the tarts to Thanksgiving dinner. All of which came in a big white pastry box with the bakery sticker on top. I think it's cute that the logo design has a "P" incorporated into the baker.
I love Chocolate Pecan Pie so I had a tart. It was amazing. I could have eaten a second one. I can't tell you how much I loved the tart, but I finished every last crumb on my plate.
We never got into the cookies, but they were decorated really well and looked yummy. I like how the leaves aren't a solid green, but have three different colors.
I'm definitely adding Phoebe's Pastry Cafe to my list of places I need to try. I'd like to see how the rest of their food is!
